Fees & Commissions: A seller pays a commission only when he sells. The sales commission is applied on the net price (without VAT) + shipping cost, it’s all very simple. No other costs like monthly fees, listing fees etc.
The commission charged for the sellers of eMAG Open Romania, is 5% for the products in the hardlines division (electronic, home appliances, tools, toys, sporting goods, etc.), or 10% softlines (fashion products, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, etc.)
For the sellers in Fulfilment model there are 2 additional costs: order fee and storage fee, but these are extremely low and much more advantageous for the seller than shipping products from his warehouse. eMAG will discuss options of this kind only individually with each of you.
Fulfillment: in Fulfillment model orders can be delivered at home or at lockers network (easyBox). There are over 2000 lockers throughout Romania. This is extremely convenient for the customers because they don’t need to be available when the courier calls to deliver the product and they pick it up themselves from the locker when time will allow it. Lockers delivery is also very cheap for the customer. For Genius customers (monthly subscribers) the delivery at easyBox is free and also the home delivery for orders above 100 RON (app 20 EUR).
Customers can also use the lockers network to return products.
